By summer, I devised a new workflow with a priority / objective oriented approach and oversaw its implementation across the whole company. Productivity rose significantly and more was able to be done even with a smaller team.

As in many seed companies, not only thinking but going ourtside the box is a necessity. This challenging environment was ideal for learning new things, such as Marketing and Pitch Keynotes, Social Media, Project Management and eventually recruiting.

3D Visualization

Photographing a yet to be released product, over six months of the pandemic winter, was a major challenge. Being able to visualize worlds for the product without having to spend the money was key to growth.
